French Macarons! YUM!!

Don't you get hungry just looking at these???

My daughter, Kristen, who is currently living in NYC teaches a monthly class on making French macarons.  Since I'm in New Hampshire, it is a long ride to attend a class so I have yet to learn how to make this delicious treat...  

Until now, that is...
